Add students

One student per line. Use any name you like (first name, initials…), then their school email. You can paste two columns straight from a spreadsheet.

Each student has a private link that only shows their own balance. If a link gets shared, use More → Reset link and the old one stops working.

Made a mistake? Undo removes the transaction and fixes the balance.

Import from the old Google Sheet

1. Add your whole class on the Students tab first.
2. In the old sheet, open the Form Responses 1 tab → File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv).
3. Choose that file below, check each name is matched to the right student, then import.

Teachers

Everyone listed here can see this class and add or take away money. Only the owner can change settings, add or remove teachers, and delete students.

Delete this class

Permanently removes every student, balance, link and transaction in this class, for all teachers. Useful at the end of the year.
